WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, it will be sent for processing, then collected by one of our freight partners or delivered to Australia post to deliver to your door.

We aim to have all orders processed same day, however, in some cases we may take up to 3 business days to process your order. In order to get your purchase to you in the quickest time possible, we use some of Australia’s largest and most trusted freight providers as well as Australia post for all of our products.

We use Australia Post eParcel Express and Priority Mail services to ensure your goods arrive as quickly as possible.

Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-3 business day(s) for our team to prepare your order for collection by Australia Post.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, delivery to most areas of Australia will occur within just 1 business day!


Freight Protection

We will provide extra protection in case your delivery is damaged in transit.
This includes express replacement cover, priority customer support and more.


Out of Stock

Unfortunately, sometimes we run out of stock for some items. In this instance we will notify you and offer you a few solutions. Including your money-back if the wait for the item is excessive (over 4 business days to dispatch). You’ll be the first to know when the item is coming!

How do I track my order?

Decal/Sticker Only Orders are posted via un-tracked mail service unless the order amount exceeds $50AUD as they are mailed by standard letter mail.

For all other deliveries:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us, containing the selected carrier’s name and your tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier website using your tracking details, or you can track it on the carrier’s portal using the tracking number. In some cases, your tracking number may not activate until it is received at your local state delivery depot. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to activate.
